First time I’ve used this company and won’t use anyone else again. They came out within a few hours of my call. There were no call out charges. Cheaper than the council service and more effective.
Phil the engineer was really helpful and ensured he stayed 2 metres away (during Co-Vid 19). Phil explained everything really clearly and it only took around 20 mins in total including treatment, paperwork and payment.
If the treatment doesn’t work first time then they come back and do the second treatment for free.
Can’t fault the customer service or price and would highly recommend this company to anyone with a pest problem

Fantastic service from start to end. reasonably priced service and they came out quickly and turned up when they said they would. The gentleman, I think he was called Phil, was very mindful of the safety measures he needed to take during this outbreak for my safety and his so I felt safe whilst he was at my property. I will not hesitate to call premier pest control again if I need to in the future.
